Digital Products (Field Guides) All digital field guides are delivered instantly via email as a downloadable PDF upon payment confirmation. No physical shipping is required. Please check your spam folder if you don't receive your download link within a few minutes.

Physical Products (Clothing & Travel Accessories) We currently offer in-person collection from our base in Windhoek, Namibia, ideal for safari clients and local customers. Please contact us at the time of purchase to arrange a convenient pickup time and location.

We do not currently offer international shipping for physical products. If you are an international customer interested in a physical item, please contact us directly and we'll do our best to assist.
